Load Up ("the app") is a single-player simulation game. We collect as little as possible — in normal play, nothing leaves your device.

What we store

• Game progress & settings — your stars, best scores, saved horses, unlocked content, and preferences (theme, music, sound, haptics) are stored locally on your device using iOS UserDefaults. We never see them.
• Game Center (optional) — if you sign in, your high scores and achievements are submitted to Apple's Game Center for the leaderboard and badge unlocks. Game Center is operated by Apple under Apple's privacy policy; we only see an anonymous score, never your identity.
• Purchases — the optional PRO unlock is handled entirely by Apple. We do not receive your name, email, or payment details.

What we do NOT do

• No account sign-up and no login.
• No third-party advertising and no ad/tracking SDKs.
• No selling or sharing of personal data.
• No analytics that identify you.

Children

The app is suitable for general audiences and does not knowingly collect personal information from children.

Your choices

You can play entirely offline and skip Game Center — the game is fully playable without signing in to anything. To reset everything stored on your device, delete and reinstall the app, or use any in-app reset option.
